Karl Marx, and - after him - Vladimir Lenin allocated almost a mystical role in the World history to the “working class”. And consequently there is nothing surprising that the pure trade-union workers’ movement with its «routine», «pragmatic» purposes, its care of today's needs and problems of proletariat seemed ideologically unnecessary and even dangerous to the chiefs of the World Revolution. And when All-Russian Trade Unions, and together with them the large part of the front committees have refused to recognize the legality of October “revolution”, bolsheviks have decided simply to «close» the trade-union movement in Russia.
 

By suppressing the trade-union movement and by replacing it by its surrogate – All-Russia Central Soviet Trade-Unions [????? in Russian], bolsheviks have brought to such a situation, in which any alternate working movement could not already appear any more on a purely trade-union basis.

In the meantime, pushed out from Russia by revolution and civil war into immigration, springing from different social groups and classes, who, probably, could never confront each other face to face, if the Russian Disaster would not occurred, have met with each other. The former workers and the peasants (the last were, naturally, at least in minority), officers and handicraftsmen, servants and springing from aristocratic circles have found themselves on the same dirty street with the end disappearing in a fog: in immigration. All these people felt a sharp need in dialogue and solidarity with each other, and just on this ground the idea about possible ways of reconciliation of all layers of Russian society was born. And here the Russian trade-union idea has again revived, but has revived in new, non-ordinary incarnation.

Free labour, but not in vulgar, bolsheviks’ version - here a philosophical and ideological basis of this movement.

In 1930 around that concept a political organizational nucleus, which considered the goals to bring Russia back on her natural, non-bolshevik’s ways of development, to deduce her from paranoia of the communist ideology, to ?????????? the Communist Party [???? in Russian] from management of the country as its main purposes, was formed.

Those, who assumed, that at sources of that initiative stood political adventurists and schemers, were mistaken. The program, which these people have put forward for themselves, they have begun immediately to embody into life. By the beginning of that terrible decade, when two monsters - Russian and German - have begun to section the World, the People’s -Labour Union – HTC - (so was named itself this organization) was one of only few light forces, driven against general common stream.

??? conducted a very real war against both communists, and Nazis. Penetrated through the borders on USSR territory the groups of ??? members conducted diversions, provoked actions of sabotage, distributed and scattered the leaflets, organized anti-Stalinist underground. It was the sole light beam, unique island of resistance in the black hole of the Stalinist “Stopped Time”.

And though ??? as a military organization has appeared marvelously solvent, and its flexibility, enterprise and scope of activity could be envied by the intelligence service of any country, it, certainly, in no measure could resist the military might of the vast country and its terrible, bone-breaking machine, -which was killing in fertile any free-thinking: KGB. Captivity of outstanding leaders of ??? on Soviet Union’s territory, assassination of General Miller in Paris and the number of other impacts "below the belt zone" yet before the war changed the situation not for the benefit of ???. The war and its terrible disaster (only from Nazis’ hands more than 11 thousands members ??? were lost) have proved to the leadership of organization, that the armed resistance cannot any longer remain the basic means of struggle. And ??? gradually changed from a military structure into some “brain centre”, and its ideas begin "to be delivered" in USSR by an illicit way.

At this stage a turn to lose has come for KGB and ideological department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party led by unforgettable Suslov. It became possible for ??? to deliver the ideas and programs up to the interested people not worse, than newspaper "Truth" (“Pravda”), and, moreover - to create inside the “country behind an iron curtain” the network, operatively spreading them in the society. At one point it became possible due to already predictable by then split in the Communist Party. By counter-measures, such, for example, as the dirty and unfair book - written by N. N. Yakovlev - "CIA against USSR ", KGB revealed its very serious attitude and importance towards HTC, but these measures have only played an opposite role: they became additional sources of information about legendary People’s-Labour Union. In the middle of 1960-s the wide flow has gone in USSR and HTC’s “Posev” (“Harvest”) - from the end of 1920-s unique and serious literary political magazine, reflecting sights and ideological researches ideological immigrations

From 1987 till 1990 three resolutions of ???’s Council, marking a beginning of a new stage of its activity: a political stage, were taken. On the basis of distributors of ???’s ideas and magazines, youth organizations and carefully selected and therefore rare ???’s members on Soviet Union’s territory, a new party-political structure of ??? was created. In 1991 in Leningrad (St.-Peterburg) the historical congress of this organization, on which the representatives of ??? (soon quickly expelled out of the country) from Paris and Frankfurt have arrived, took place. It has become perhaps the top event, but also the sunset of political activity of ??? in Russia and Soviet republics. A several underwater mines have blown up its beautiful political marine destroyer: the end of financial help, which about the middle of «perestroika» has stopped to arrive from the West countries from sympathizing forces, fractional disagreements, underestimation of separatism on ex-USSR territory (and first of all in Ukraine), some hectic in actions, which gave KGB the possibility to insert a number of its agents and provocateurs into the rows of ??? supporters, error in an estimation of moral readiness and consciousness of the soviet people for ideas of a free trade-union movement. By the time of a resolute stage of struggle for authority ???, alas, was ceased to play a role of an independent political force.

And nevertheless, despite it and the fact, that Russia today has enough problems - chaos, banditism, Mafia domination, undeclared war of the Muslim East, she has not declared any cease-fire, ending the war with ???. And it proves, that in Russia they still cannot admit another, alternative sight of things, and furthermore another ideology.

Someone simply revenges ??? for the last defeats, for received with a delay KGB’s shoulder-straps...  Someone Leonid Mlechin, from the "checkists with the pen in hand", stitched recently almost ten books, main purpose of which – to drag along deception about ??? not only into mind, but even into the subconscious of the people. From the tip of an ideological pen of Yakovlev he, as is spoken, has out broken the most delicious peace. And, as
Anti-Semites could not think out of an anything best, except of the “Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion ", so nobody can not use against ??? anything but to ????????? by the purest lie about collaboration with the fascists (glory to the God, about cooperation they already do not write!). Despite complete insolvency of one of those, who executed this governmental order, the followed court Russia’s hack writers already quote Mlechin as the primary source. 

Yes, for the present day ??? has appeared in deep tactical impasse. But so whether not right it was in its global ideas? In those years, when "democrats" dreamed only of disorder of USSR, ??? specified terrible consequences of such disorder. When for many it seemed, that the only correct way is the way of the West countries, ??? stood for its own (we ask not to name it as a “purely Russian”) way of development of the country. Though the generalization is a badly smelling thing, nevertheless exist something, which it is possible to name as all going deep crises of East and West. And from this point of view the political and economic platforms of ??? are an exit from that crisis. And, probably, Israel should borrow something from this platform, too (which, on my sight, conducts to creation of a harmonious and prospering society).

And one more thing. Whether are anti-Semites in ???? Probably, it would be possible to answer it in our, Jewish, way: "And where they do not exist? " But I shall answer on my own. I shall not argue with some rabbis on a religious basis. But according to my own practical experience I have came to a conclusion: anti-Semitism is not a pathological but social phenomenon, this is why we suffer from it even here. And in ??? there is no social base for it... –
